Kizuna is an offline-first real-estate CRM app built for property agents in Pakistan. It keeps listings, owners, buyers, tenants, rent, deals, site visits and follow-ups on the agent’s phone, prices them in Lakh and Crore, measures plots in Marla and Kanal, matches buyers to properties automatically, and works in English and Urdu.
Kizuna scores every buyer against every listing out of 100. It only counts the criteria the buyer actually gave, so someone who shared just a budget isn’t penalised for missing preferences. Each criterion has a relative weight (defaults below), and each agency can change them:
